 Dr. John Boyd was born in Henderson, NC and currently resides in Harrellsville, NC with his wife Michelle and their son, John. He graduated from the Doctor of Pharmacy program at Campbell University in 1991. John has worked in a variety of pharmacy settings since graduation specializing in long term care and hospice applications. John founded HospiCareRx in August of 2005 and is the company’s CEO and lead consulting pharmacist. With over 18 years of experience in the hospice arena, John has a thorough understanding of hospice pharmacy rules and regulations and how they affect your agency.

 Lynn Williams is a native of Aulander, NC. She graduated at Ahoskie High School and obtained her pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon receiving her pharmacy license in 1985, Lynn went to work at Roanoke Chowan Hospital. She worked there for 2 years as a staff pharmacist before leaving to join the MAST Drug Store team as a retail pharmacist. In addition to her retail duties while working with Mast, Lynn was a LTCF consultant. In 1991, Lynn returned to Roanoke Chowan Hospital. During her tenure with RCH hospital, Lynn gained experience as the Chairperson of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, The Code Blue Committee, and the Clinical Council. She made rounds with the physicians and served as a resource specialist for the pharmacy department. Lynn was also an active participant in preparing the hospital for JACHO accreditation upon 3 occasions. In 2004, Lynn joined the CVS Pharmacy team. She served as the pharmacy manager with them for 5 years. She now serves as the clinical pharmacist for HospicareRx. In this position Lynn brings a wealth of experience that we are confident will benefit our customers.

 Dr. Brooks Smith was born in Williamston, NC and currently resides in Windsor, NC with her husband, Tim, and 2 year old son, Alex. Dr. Smith attended the Doctor of Pharmacy program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduation, she worked with a grant program assisting underinsured residents of rural NC in communities within Pitt, Beaufort, Bertie, and Hertford counties. She now works as a consultant pharmacist with HospiCareRx and is pharmacist manager of Tyrell and Washington County Health Departments. Interests include cooking, teaching aerobics and pilates, and spending time outdoors with her family.

 Nick Wilson serves as Business Development Manager for GeriScriptRx and has been with the company since 2008. He completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science degree from NC State University and earned his Masters in Business Administration from East Carolina University in 2004. Nick has a wide variety of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and management.
Nick's hobbies include golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. He was born in Ahoskie, NC and now lives in Greenville, NC with his wife Melissa, daughter Lauren, and son Jackson.

Dock Boone is from Jackson, NC and is married to Bonnie Boone. He has three kids: Laurel (13) Emma Wood (10) and Jimmy (7).
Dock graduated from N.C. State with an Associates Degree and has been in sales for over twenty years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, scuba diving, photography, and spending time with his family.

Kaye Ange is Director of Customer Service for GeriScriptRx. As a former business owner, Kaye has developed her experiences into promoting the dedication and commitment necessary to build and maintain business relationships with our customers by providing prompt and accurate services. Kaye has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke, VA.
If Kaye is not with her family or friends, she probably has a paint brush in hand completing a decorative painting or new art design.

Sara Castellano has been with the company since August 2009. She and her daughter Lily came to this area to be closer to family and for Lily to train in horseback riding. Before working here, Sara worked in education, community organization, and international disaster relief, and worked and lived all over the world. She holds a bachelor's degree in child development and psychology from Appalachian State University and a master's degree in elementary education from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she is a certified pharmacy technician. Sara and Lily have a dog, some cats, hamsters, turtles, and other assorted creatures that keep them entertained. Sara enjoys cooking, travel, the beach, swimming, live music, photography, good books, writing, and learning new things.

Lynn Chevett is a newcomer to our staff. Lynn, a Connecticut native, moved to Eastern North Carolina 3 years ago and comes to us with over 30 years experience working in the Customer Service Industry. From owning her own small business to supervising the daily operations of a large inbound Call Center, Lynn has brought a wealth of customer service experience to HospiCareRx.
Currently living in Washington, NC, with her husband, Ron, Lynn has grown to love country living and true "Southern Hospitality."

Teri Hubbard has been with HospiCareRx as an Account Specialist since March 2010. She has over 20 years experience in accounting and tax preparation.
Teri relocated to this area in 2008 from Lincolnton, NC to be near her grown children. She enjoys spending time with them, and her grandchildred, Emily and Jana. Her interests are camping, traveling, and the Carolina Hurricanes. She lives in Bear Grass with her teenage son, Jake.
